The Progress Continues!

Throughout this month, our team of 13 trainees have been working and learning the importance of teamwork and how completion is delayed when key members are absent! They are wrapping up the vinyl siding and composite decking projects. Simultaneously, we've been putting the final touches on our rough installations of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical wiring. These crucial steps pave the way for the upcoming phases of insulation and drywall installation, marking significant progress in our construction journey. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to bring our vision to life!

Lunch and Learn

In our latest lunch & learn session, we watched a thought-provoking video on toxic masculinity and the importance of introspection. Afterwards, we engaged in a meaningful conversation, exploring the topics discussed and reflecting on how they resonate with our own experiences and perceptions. These sessions not only broaden our understanding but also foster an environment where open dialogue and personal growth are valued.
